CANCELLATION POLICY

At Alternative Esthetics, your time is valued—and mine too! To ensure the best service for everyone, please review the cancellation guidelines below: 🕒 Cancellations Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Rebooking may require a non-refundable deposit. 💳 Card on File A valid card is required to book appointments. Charges will only apply in case of late cancellations or no-shows. ❤️ I Get It!
